アカウントとデータの削除

Kura（開発・提供: Ramune）のアカウントと、クラウドに保存されたデータを削除する方法です。

アプリから削除する

1. Kura を開き、下のメニューの「設定」から「クラウドを管理」を開きます。
2. 画面の一番下にある「アカウントを削除」をタップし、確認します。

アプリを使えない場合

サインインに使った Google アカウントのメールアドレスから warload57@gmail.com へ「Kura のアカウント削除」とご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、30日以内に削除します。

削除されるデータ

• バックアップしたすべての写真・動画とサムネイル、保管庫のファイル
• すべての共有リンク
• アカウント（Google アカウントの識別子）とクラウドの設定

残るデータ

• サブスクリプションの購入記録（会計・法令上の理由で保存します）
• 端末内の写真はそのまま残ります。サブスクリプションは Google Play から別途解約してください。

Delete your account and data

How to delete your Kura account (developed by Ramune) and the data stored in its cloud.

In the app

1. Open Kura, go to the Settings tab in the bottom bar, and open "Manage cloud".
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap "Delete account" and confirm.

If you can't use the app

Email warload57@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, asking to delete your Kura account. After confirming it is you, we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• All backed-up photos, videos and thumbnails, and vault files
• All share links
• Your account (your Google account identifier) and cloud settings

What is kept

• Subscription purchase records (kept for accounting and legal reasons)
• The photos on your phone stay as they are. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.
