SendReady ("we", "the app") is an Android application developed by Ramune that transforms text using AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Data We Collect

SendReady is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect and process the minimum data necessary for the app to function:

• Text content: When you use a text transformation, the text you are transforming is sent to the AI service (Google Gemini) for processing. This text is not stored by us.
• App settings & presets: Your custom presets, trigger markers, and app preferences are stored locally on your device only.

We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Account or login credentials (no account is required)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Location data
• Contact lists or call logs

2. Accessibility Service

SendReady uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect text input fields in other apps and to insert transformed text. This permission is used solely for:

• Detecting when you are typing in a text input field
• Reading the text content of the focused input field for transformation
• Inserting the AI-transformed result back into the input field

The Accessibility Service is not used for:

• Screen recording or screenshots
• Monitoring your activity across apps
• Collecting or transmitting personal data
• Any purpose other than text transformation

3. Third-Party Services

SendReady uses Google's Gemini AI API to perform text transformations. When you trigger a transformation, only the text being transformed is sent to Google's servers. Please refer to Google's Gemini API Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles this data.

No other third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising SDKs are used.

4. Data Storage

All app settings, custom presets, and user preferences are stored locally on your device using Android's standard storage mechanisms. No data is stored on external servers controlled by us.

5. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Uninstalling SendReady will permanently delete all stored data.
• You can clear the app's data at any time through Android Settings > Apps > SendReady > Clear Data.

6. Children's Privacy

SendReady is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
